The Arany Bus, a roving exhibition about 19th-century poet János Arany
The exhibition on the bus details the life and work of the poet, who was born 200 years ago (in 2017), exploring his life and poetry through literary texts, pictures, replicas of artefacts, and sound and film recordings.
The Map
We designed an interactive map where the visitors can study János Arany’s travels and his legacy today.
You can explore the streets and institutes named after him and his famous tale Toldi all around the region, find statues and monuments of him. You can even explore the outer space.
